A good staple fast and easy meal that everyone will enjoy. Preheat the oven first to 200 °C then combine 12 thin beef sausages with a chopped onion and 4 cloves of garlic (skin on) in a pan. Toss with some olive oil and spread out into a single layer then bake for 10 minutes. Next, add the veggies (think thinly sliced yellow capsicum, cherry tomatoes and sweet potato). Roast without a cover for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
Beef tenderloin with roasted cauliflower-pomegranate Salad
