These days it seems our phones are capable of just about anything and with around 3 million apps available through the Apple App Store as at June 2017 and 3.5 million through Google Play as at December 2017 (www.statista.com) it’s no wonder.

Ok so it’s not so new but this is an amazing app for anyone looking to shed a few kilos (and who isn’t looking to do that after those holiday indulgences!). This great little app tells you how many calories you consume each day, and how many calories you’ve burned up through exercise. It even forecasts what your weight will be in 6 weeks time if every day was the same as the current day.
