Safe Finance Refer a Friend Reward Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 Safe Finance Pty Ltd (ACN 098 751 930) of Suite D1, Level 3, 140 Bundall Road, Bundall QLD 4217 (Safe) is the promoter of the "Safe Finance Refer a Friend Reward Promotion "(promotion).

1.2 This promotion is run on behalf of the Safe Group of Companies (Safe Group)

1.3 Details of the companies and entities in the Safe Group are set out below.

1.4 Information on how to participate in the promotion and the reward particulars form part of these terms.

1.5 To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and other information provided about the promotion, these terms prevail.

1.6 By submitting the name of a friend to us as part of the promotion you agree to these terms.

1.7 This promotion is valid until further notice.

1.8 This promotion and these terms are subject to change by us at any time and without notice.

1.9 Any changes to the terms will be posted on the Safe website.

1.10 This promotion is not combinable with any other offer.

1.11 The Safe Group Privacy Policy governs the terms and conditions under which we collect and use your personal information and the personal information of any friend you refer to us. By participating in the promotion you and any friend you refer to us are deemed to be aware of and to agree to the Safe Group Privacy Policy and supplying the name of a friend to us you indicated your agreement to this Policy

2. Details of the Promotion

2.1 If you have a friend who you believe may be interested in obtaining a loan or credit you may, with the consent of your friend, provide us with the name and contact details of your friend by completing the online form available at our Website (online form).

2.2 For the purposes of these terms the expression "friend" means any person you refer to us and may include members of your family.

2.3 There is no limit to the number of friends you may refer to us, but we may decline to accept referrals from you in our sole discretion.

2.4 When you complete the online form you must also provide us with your name and contact details.

2.5 In completing the online form and providing us with your friend's name and contact details you warrant to us that your friend has given you their consent to:

(a) provide their details to us,

(b) us making contact with them to discuss their loan options, and

2.6 In completing the online form and providing us with your friend's name and contact details you also warrant to us that your friend has expressly requested that we make contact with them to discuss their loan options.

2.7 Subject to these terms, including the clauses dealing with conditions and eligibility criteria, if your friend applies for and obtains (funded) a loan or credit from any of the companies in the Safe Group within three (3) months (reward eligibility period) of you providing us with your friend's name and contact details via the online form then we will pay you a reward.

2.8 The amount of the reward (reward) will be as specified in the online form.

2.9 We may vary the amount of the reward from time to time in our sole discretion from time to time and need not give you notice of any change in the reward amount.

2.10 The amount of any reward to which you are entitled is the amount specified in the online form at the time you complete that form.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 To be eligible to participate in the promotion and receive a reward:

(a) you must at the time you complete the online form have attained the age of 18 years.

(b) the friend you refer must never have obtained a loan or credit from a company in the Safe Group previously.

3.2 Directors, management, employees or their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the promotion or receive a reward.

4. Conditions and other terms

4.1 We will notify you if a company in the Safe Group makes a loan to or provides credit to a friend referred by you during the reward eligibility period.

4.2 Rewards are paid by direct credit to a bank account nominated by you (nominated account).

4.3 If you become entitled to receive a reward and we do not hold details of your nominated account then we will make contact with you via the email address you provided to us at the time you completed the online form requesting you advise us of your relevant bank account details.

4.4 Any reward payable to you will be paid within one (1) calendar month of the day you advise us of details of your nominated account or if you have already provided us with your nominated account details then within one (1) calendar month of the day we notify you that you are eligible to be paid a reward in respect to a friend referred.

4.5 Once you have advised us of your nominated account:

(a) you authorise us to deposit any rewards payable to you under this promotion to your nominated account.

(b) you agree that deposit of a reward to your nominated account is in full and final satisfaction of our obligation to pay you the reward.

4.6 It is your responsibility to ensure that we are provided with the current and up to date details of your nominated account and you agree to notify us in writing immediately if there is any change to details of your nominated account.

4.7 We do not have to pay a reward to you if:

(a) you have breached these terms,

(b) we do not have details of your nominated account or your nominated account has been closed,

(d) the loan made to the friend you referred is in default at the time we are due to pay you the reward in respect to the referral of that friend.

4.8 It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with correct and up to date and current contact details for you and for your nominated account.

4.9 If at any time we are of the opinion that you or your friend referred have provided false or misleading details to us, we may in our absolute discretion refuse to pay a reward and we have no obligation to provide reasons to you for our decision in this regard.

4.10 We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, at any time and from time to time determine to refuse to accept referrals of friends from you and are not required to assign any reason for our decision in that regard.

4.11 You consent to your personal information being used by any of the companies in the Safe Group for marketing purposes. You authorise and consent to us contacting you by email or telephone from time to time with financial offers, products, services or other promotional offers that may be suitable to you. If you prefer not to receive marketing information from us, you may opt out at any time by providing notice to us or clicking on the unsubscribe link within any email we may send you.

4.12 You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless in respect to any and all claims, loss and damage, costs and expense incurred or suffered by us or any company in the Safe Group directly or indirectly related to any allegation or assertion by a friend referred by you that they did not consent to:

(a) you providing their details to us,

(b) us making contact with them to discuss their loan options, and

The current members of the Safe Group include Safe Finance Pty Ltd (ACN 098 751 930), Safe Business Finance Pty Ltd (ACN 131 891 015), Safe Debt Management Pty Ltd (ACN 010 183 294), Safe Financial Group Pty Ltd (ACN 138 086 852).
